About Symmes Township, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!
Symmes Township is located in the northeast crook of Hamilton County. Formed in 1824, from the eastern section of Sycamore Township and is named for the wealthy man who made the “Miami Purchase,” which is how Cincinnati came to be. It’s the perfect kind of place for “front porch sitting.” In the spring and summer, look on at blossoming bushes and plants along the road, and in yards. In the fall, watch the leaves fall all around you like a shower of rainbow colors. Finally, when wintertime moves in, the houses and vegetation are hidden by a coating of glittery ice.
This is the best of all worlds for Cincinnati workers who want to lead a quieter way of life at home. But, it is not a dead place, by any means. The township is home to restaurants and shops and is a family-friendly community that is widely relished by the citizens and visitors alike. As the climate changes, the sceneries take on new forms and colors. This town most certainly is a reminder of a simpler time in this country.
There is so much to do and see in the region that both tourist and townspeople are always around enjoying the outdoors. In the summertime, the neighboring Thomas O. Marsh Park Fishing Lake is a hotspot in the town of Fairfield. In addition to the fishing lake, the town also maintains two golf courses. In the frostier times of year there are many towns around the region with quiet and old-fashioned downtown areas that are always great for a stroll on a pretty day.
