About Anderson Township, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Anderson Township is a town in the southeastern corner of Hamilton County, Ohio.  It is one of the most heavily inhabited townships in the entire beautiful State of Ohio and has the fourth highest populace total of Hamilton County’s 49 political jurisdictions. However, it retains its beauty and charm in a way that not all towns have managed to do over the last century. The Little Miami and Ohio Rivers provide a frame for the picturesque community dominated by gently sloping, forested topography that forms scenic views of the beautiful natural setting in which the Township is situated.  Summertime is sunny and you can hear the birds chirping.  Leaves fall and blanket the ground in the autumn.  It is nothing short of stunning.

Anderson Township has conserved this countryside, while witnessing significant population and commercial development, which is no easy task.  Kids can still sled down the hills in the winter and throw snowballs at the neighborhood kids in the yard.  There is room to breathe, and move.  Many of those who live here commute to Cincinnati but enjoy the quiet of Anderson Township to call home. However, the population within the town itself supports a thriving economy and plenty of jobs. It is a growing and bustling town with a lot of potential.  But, its best feature is the maintenance of a country feel.

The nearby town of Fairfield is a great place to spend a spring or summer day out fishing.  Thomas O. Marsh Park Fishing Lake boasts over 4,000 feet of beachfront and is natural spring-fed. The lake is regularly stocked with fish like carp, catfish, trout and walleye. There is a bait house for buying lure as well as drinks and snacks.  The town also runs two golf courses.  In the cooler months, Fairfield has a quiet and quaint downtown area that is perfect for a stroll while sipping something warm and shopping.  It is designed as a community gathering place and cultural center.  The city does an impeccable job keeping up with it.
